About Cape Coral Property Services

Cape Coral Property Services is owned and operated by Sandy and Les Gorsuch

Sandy and Les Gorsuch have lived in Cape Coral for 19 years, and were owner builder on their own home.

They also just recently completed building their own in-ground pool. They have first hand knowledge and know what it takes to maintain and keep up a home, and have extensive experience working with the City of Cape Coral, as well as the city's Code Enforcement.

Cape Coral Property Services is licensed with the Department of Business and Regulations and we are licensed and insured. We also work with numerous subcontractors ranging from lawn service, pool service, and pest control to make sure your home is cared for. You name it, we'll get it done.

Keeping properties safe and secure.

Sandy has worked side by side with Les in the building of their home, as well as their handyman business, all while working as a 911 operator for the last 19 years.

Recently retired from 911, she now works full time with Cape Coral Property Services to provide clients with the best possible service in the industry. Having worked for so many years in law enforcement and public safety, Sandy is always mindful of liability issues as it refers to guests staying in your home, and has a unique perspective in providing secure and safe Home Watch services.

Over 30 years experience

Les has owned his own business, Home Advisor Corporation, for over 11 years. This specialized handy man service is an adjunct to the Cape Coral Property Service business.

This saves our clients time and money, in that when a service is needed, it is often Les himself who will respond. This eliminates the need to contract with another vendor, and wait for their response, while passing the savings on to the client.
